Refund policy
Returns
In the event that an item delivered does not match the Client's order, or is defective due to shipping, or does not meet their expectations, the Client may return the item to TESS PARIS. The return shipping costs will be at the Client's expense.
The Client must return the non-compliant item in order to obtain a refund for the price of their order.
To receive a refund:
- The Client must contact TESS PARIS no later than 14 days following the delivery date of the order.
- Any claims made after this period will not be accepted, and TESS PARIS will be released from any liability.
- If the conditions for exchange or refund are met, TESS PARIS will send the Client a return approval.
- The Client can then return the non-compliant item(s) within 14 days after receiving the return approval, in their original packaging, by tracked mail.
The items must be returned in new condition:
- With the label still attached
- With the hygienic protection intact
- They must not have stains, odors, or hairs.
Returns and exchanges are not possible on sale items.
Any non-compliant return will be rejected, and TESS PARIS will be released from any liability.
No prepaid return labels will be sent by TESS PARIS.
Return shipping costs will be refunded by TESS PARIS only in cases where the item delivered is different from the one ordered.
